King's Messenger
my life among chinese people by Major Stella Green (R)
'Back in Australia after 20 years in Asia, i felt alienated. I was a stranger in my own country. Deep within i felt a longing for Chinese people. People asked. "What are you going to do?" Within a week i had God's answer.'
On a train station Stella Green met four Chinese refugees from Vietnam. 'I could hear the despair in their voices,' she recalls. 'A fire to help stirred within me. Speaking in Cantonese i offered them hospitality and friendship.'
From that small beginning would come a Chinese Salvation Army corps, and much more for God. King's Messenger tells the absorbing story of an adventurer for God.
